The breakfast was nice ans the size of the room was okay for our 4 year old daughter. Good location close to Montgomery and Merode.
We didn't like the size of the reception, small breakfast room. Also very old sheets (.one with a hole). Small parking space not for travelers. Cleaness of room fair, not at all good.

Room was not clean. Lots of hair and dust (under bed). Tile floor showed this clearly. Shower and sink in seperate room. Location is ok if travel with tram/metro. (5 km from City centre) Location relative to nato hq is difficult. Hard to get there, because of traffic jam. Parking is fine, but requires good experience in uphill pull-up. (Park your car with front to the street!) Otherwise fine hotel for business.

The staff and the free wi fi; decent breakfsast and confortable bed.
Wi fi only from the lobby, at 4th floor did not work.My room in summer may be very warm not having AC.

Convenient location. Room was basic but offered all the essentials. Same for the buffet breakfast.
Later in the evening when all guests returned the free internet became very slow.

Friendly staff, good location, free WiFi close to main boulevard but quiet! There are even a few parking spots.
Although I asked for a non smoking room, the room I got the first night had a horrible smell. I was told that they are to small to be authorised to have strictly non-smoking rooms. They ask people not to smoke, but then ... some do!

Everything. I never recommend this hotel. They have put a double bed in a single room. The room is so crumpled you dont even have the space to keep your luggage. Worst room still high price. Not at all worth. Had a very bad experience. What is shown in internet is never there.

The rooms are too small and too noisy (insufficient isoltion od the windows). No parking close to the hotel. Certainly not more than a 2 stars level hotel. Breakfast ok, staff nice and helpful

Booked for its proximity to the metro, very convenient. Pleased how quiet it was at night even though we were at the front. Nice area.
Colour of decor and lighting made the room very dark. Rather cramped. No drawer space.

Good price for convenient location with breakfast included. Also good, free WiFi. Pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable room with good shower, tv and separate radio.
An improvement would be to provide a kettle and tea/coffee ingredients.

Staff were great - room comfortable & clean
